Students have been working very hard on understanding their group's biome, geography, climate zone temperatures for summer and winter, as well as typical plant and animal adaptations common there. We are postponing our meteorology reports until after our mid-winter break.
Jan 21- Students will revisit reading non-fiction books to help developing their knowledge of the above concepts

This week students will practice writing and rehearsing a typical meteorology report for these biomes according to the rubric handed out.
Both science and social studies rubrics are kept in your child's leadership binders. Performances will be recorded and viewed by Mrs. Thomas third graders!
