WEEK 19-23
We are beginning our Forces and Motion Unit! A letter is being sent home on Monday explaining the concepts your child should know by the end of the unit. Please feel free to try any of the "At Home Labs." These are only optional, easy, and fun, for those science lovers out there!
I can test objects with a magnet to observe the effects of magnetic force.
I can describe how things change position when they move.
(If time. . . then)
I can make observations and measurements of an objects motion to provide evidence that a pattern can be used to predict future motion
Scientific Practices
Planning and Conducting investigations
Observing Evidence
Using fair test with constants/controls and variables
